Let’s Go Camping!!!
FieldCandy tents do not give you camouflage protection in the natural setting, nor do they help you blend in with the rest of the crowd at the campsite. FieldCandy tents are designed to stand out.

Dutch graphic designer Sam van Doorn has modified a pinball machine so that it uses lithographic ink to make prints. Calling his machine STYN, the device makes messy modern art on poster board with six flippers and the ball. van Doorn doesn’t call the resulting works art, rather he thinks of them as design pieces which are the product of “fun and play.” The modified pinball machine was a part of van Doorn’s graduation project. The machine itself will be appearing at different parties where people can use it to make their own designs, but posters are also available for sale in van Doorn’s website for 50 Euros.
Unfortunately, the two bright, flashing arcs of red & white LED light produced by the unique, wheel-mounted design of Revolights are no guarantee that some Hummer-driving idiot who’s cruising, texting and sipping a latté won’t run you down. On the brighter side, they are lightweight, theft & water resistant, and boast a 4-hour battery life.
A Room Where You Can Walk In The Rain But Stay Dry
Some people get a lot of joy out of running in the rain or jumping in puddles. I’m not one of them. I love everything about storms—the smells, the noises, the excuse for staying in and puttering around the house—except for the whole bit where you get wet. Rain Room, a recent installation by the digital art collective Random International, is right up my alley; it’s an indoor room in which rain continuously falls everywhere except the spot where you happen to be standing.
